How can I order Maraal yoga products?
You can place your order directly through our website or on Amazon or phoning 1-4168795313. Please contact us through our contact form if you have any questions. Please note that orders cannot be modified after they are successfully submitted.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal with a billing address in Canada.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax for orders shipping to all provinces in Canada based on individual province’s tax rate. This will automatically be added to your order.
Is ordering through your website safe and secure?
Yes. Our website uses security technology called Secure Socket Layers (SSL), which encrypts and protects your data. In this way, you can pay online safely and securely. In fact, we can neither see nor save any of your financial information — so you can order through our website with confidence.
Does Maraal offer wholesale pricing?

How will you ship my order?
Orders are shipped through Canada Post, Purolator or Fedex Ground within two business days of being placed.
Does Maraal ship to PO boxes?
Canada Post will deliver to PO boxes, but Fedex cannot. Any order specifying a box number will ship automatically by Canada Post.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping in Canada is free. Shipping to US is flat USD 20.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number with a link so that you can track the progress of your shipment.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
In order to provide affordable pricing, we serve our customers through our website and by shipping orders directly to them from our warehouse. For reasons of safety and security, this warehouse is not open to the public.
Do you ship to addresses outside of Canada?
Yes, we ship to US addresses.
What is Maraal’s return policy for individual (personal) orders?
Maraal wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days of your purchase.
What is your return policy for wholesale (studio or retail) orders?
For wholesale orders, only unopened items returned in their original packaging within 30 days will be accepted. Refund is limited to purchase price of returned products and does not include shipping charges.
How do I make a return?
Please contact us for a Return Shipment Label before returning.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that your refund may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement.
