Orders are shipped through Canada Post, Purolator or Fedex Ground within two business days of being placed. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.
Canada Post will deliver to PO boxes, but Fedex cannot. Any order specifying a box number will ship automatically by Canada Post.
Shipping in Canada is free. Shipping to US is flat USD 10.
When your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number with a link so that you can track the progress of your shipment.

Maraal wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days of your purchase.
For wholesale orders, only unopened items returned in their original packaging within 30 days will be accepted. Refund is limited to purchase price of returned products and does not include shipping charges.
